Our clients have complete control over the design of their boxes - right down to the type of acrylic we use to make them. Using professional-grade materials and proven technology, we can help every creative vision come to fruition.

When customers choose Showcase Acrylics, they choose unmatched quality and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on our personal style options including matte, glossy, UV resistant, coloured and textured acrylics. With many ways to personalize our acrylic display cases, we help create what our customers want.

Our display boxes are made using two main types of acrylic: cast and extruded. Cast acrylic is made one sheet at a time, while extruded acrylic is made using a continuous flow process.

The manufacturing process of extruded acrylic is shorter - the case can be made in 2 hours. Extruded acrylic uses solvent glue to weld acrylic sheets together.
Display cases made from cast acrylic boxes require a more time-consuming process. The glued joints cure for 48 hours, and the production process takes a total of 4 days, which includes routing, sanding and hand polishing. Cast acrylic uses PS30, a two-part adhesive that produces a bubble-free, highly structured bond.
